My First Vlog….Too Funny

So, be mindful, the frame rate is CRAZY slow. Wasn’t the camera’s fault, but my own. I had too many things going on in the background, didn’t feel like reshooting, so here you go!

  1. 🙂 that was awesome to see you Gregory and can’t wait for the next one! I will have to purchase the pattern as well. I have been spinning for a couple of years and it is the most amazing pastime. You go off into your own world and is certainly good for the soul. Fibre is absolutely my most favourite thing in the whole world! Congratulations on your vlog and look forward to seeing you again soon. xxxx Jo

  2. I suspected you had a good voice, but never thought you’d have such a great broadcasting voice.

Wishing that Chapter 2 of you life will be a great one.

Thanks for the vlog, was pretty nice to see you

    1. LOL! It’s funny. I’ve been told I had a nice voice before. When I wake up in the morning, I sound like James Earl Jones. So, when I was in high school, I was typified as another Rick Astley. 🙂 BIG BLACK MAN VOICE…..out of a scrawny bean pole of a white man! LOL!

  3. whoa! You have a good voice for podcasting! Lion Brand is awesome for helping you out. I will now buy their yarns. I also use their wool and currently knitting a sweater for my hubby. Looking forward to your next vlog. No rush though. You still have orders to fill . God bless.

  4. Sweetheart, I have the most soothing voice I have heard in a long time! Made my day! As an avid audiobook listener (combines incredibly well while beading or knitting) I would just buy every book that would be read in your voice, no matter what subject ;o)!

Loved the vlog!! Congratulations and thanks to Leigh for the camera, I had one flying around as well but from here to you it sadly takes too long to send.

Regarding the pattern, I don’t know if you had time to check your orotundbooks email account. I started to knit the pattern and something is not adding up with the leg pattern. I made the correction suggestions but don’t know if they’ll concord with you. I finished two legs with my corrections and they look too cute ;-).

We are most avid to hear and follow the story of chapter 2 and upwards!!

  5. Oh, and you are VERY correct. Kids do tend to puke (and pee and other things) a lot, so making a washable bear is a very good idea!

  6. Last day of Feb., and I just found your first vlog! Now, we really know you. Man of many gifts.
And yes, since you mentioned Lionbrand yarn, I have been looking at their label with new respect, even bought enough bright purple for a bear for my grandaughter, who is at a purple loving stage.
    Thanks, Gregory.

    1. Thank you, Dee! I am a little (ahem) cute on cam, eh? I love that you got some purple from Lionbrand. And hold on to this moment tight, for your granddaughter is anything like my niece, she’ll want a pink bear, and suddenly, out of nowhere, she’ll want a black zombie bear. 🙂

And thank you for the support, sweetheart. It was very kind of you!
