A Simple Phrase with Sincere Weight

There are so many things I could say right now. “Thank you,” is the most obvious, but sometimes you feel saying something so simple doesn’t carry the weight of how grateful you are. You want to do more, say more, but the truth is, in this current world of exaggerations, rhetoric, aesthetics and hyperbole….simple statements are often the most sincere.

I paid the rent. I sold enough bears and received enough donations to fix my own screw up. And I wouldn’t have been able to do that had it not been for all of you.

So, thank you for buying my bears, my patterns, my books, sharing my posts and donating. You helped me survive another round.

This post could have been much longer, could have been all floral and decorated with paragraphs delving into the heart and soul just to show you how grateful I am.

Sometimes, though, all people really want of you is a simple phrase heard so less and less these days….

“Thank you.”

And I do so mean that from the bottom of my heart. Thank you so much for believing in me.

If you appreciate my writing and would like for this blog to continue, please donate to help keep it going. Every single dollar helps! I couldn’t do it without your support.

  1. You’re welcome. I was glad to help and I’m looking forward to receiving my bear. I’ve been in that sort of spot before and know the stress. Now, you can breathe easier. In and out. Best wishes.

  2. You are such a knitter and depending on what you can do to enable things you and Phillip can do. No better of satisfaction of doing for yourself, taking care of yourself. Still, there is love for you with all that know you well enough. It is real love, Gads….I’m getting ideas…..a mobile with tiny bears in different colors to hang in a baby’s room. Or a garland of little teddy bears. I’m “bad” with ideas. I’ll stop now.
